Let's touch base about field day. Apologies for not being able to schedule this sooner, my calendar has been very difficult.

Antenna Locations
Weather Forecast - Current projection is dry Sat, with some rain on Sunday afternoon.  Might want tarps to be prepared. Those can easily be tied to the beams under the roof. Much better attachment options than the prior shelters. - Might be the most temperate field day we've seen for a while, highs of 86 Sat and 85 Sun. 
No Staples for tarps. With all of the grommets, we should be able to use paracord, rope, etc. Zip ties could also secure them around the posts which are about every 10 to 12 feet or so on the sides.
Antenna Launcher?
Food is ordered I believe?
Lighting plan? I'm looking at bringing multiple strands of fairly bright christmas lights to string over the rafters - If I can reach them, I think it's on the order of 4 50 foot sets (each set has white/red/blue/green). What other lights does anyone have available to illuminate under the shelter?
Pickup of resources from the storage unit? Friday the 27th at 7:00 pm work?  I can take a lot, might need some people to help deliver some of the things, but most of the bins should fit in my truck.
Status of radio stations/laptops? With them all being digital capable, everything radio related but the logging server will need to be on generator power, but in theory it should be too as I believe the generator has built in GFCI.  The only things that should be on house power would be fans and lighting.
