1. All sales are final.
Winterfest Specific :
2. St. Louis and Suburban Radio Club (SLSRC) will not be responsible for damage to exhibit materials, nor for concealed damage to materials during Winterfest.
3. SLSRC will not be responsible for any loss, theft or disappearance of materials before, during or after the event. This includes acts of God, acts of civic authority, riots, strikes, lockouts or any other cause beyond the control of SLSRC.
4. SLSRC will not take any responsibility due to loss of profits or revenues of the exhibitor as a result of the show.
SLSRC Membership Specific :
5. All memberships are final. Dues are required to maintain an active status and voting member.
